10 Thanksgiving leftover recipes that go beyond reheating in the microwave and making a boring turkey sandwich!
So I’m guessing by now most of you have your menus ready for Thanksgiving and now the only things left to do are shop, prep, cook and bake. The worst of these things is definitely the shopping. Nothing like a grocery store full of people who want to be there about as much as you do pushing their carts around like a bunch of turkeys with their heads cut off…I kid, sort of. Once you get past the dreaded shopping, plus the four extra trips to the store because of all the things you forgot, the stress should start to dissipate. As long as you are organized and have a plan (plus a cocktail in your hand) pulling off a beautiful and delicious Thanksgiving dinner should be a breeze!
Once the dust has settled and the 10,000 dishes are done you can sit there and wonder what the heck you are going to do with all those leftovers or you can check out these 10 Thanksgiving Leftover Recipes. Unless you are one of those people who likes to eat the same dinner three nights in a row, I highly recommend getting creative with your leftovers. The 10 recipes I’ve compiled below are some of the most practical, delicious and creative uses for all those leftover turkey, stuffing, potatoes and cranberries. I for one am looking forward to trying them out and you should too!
