Can you believe it’s already the last weekend of June! Crazy! I was looking at one of the school signs on my run last week and realized that summer vacation was already almost half over. I remember that dreaded feeling the last few weeks before school started up again, that’s one thing I don’t miss about being in school. Nothing big planned this weekend, just trying to keep cool and looking forward to a three day holiday weekend next week. Let’s keep this week nice and healthy with Healthy Weekly Meal Plan #48.
