It sort of felt like fall earlier this week and I was not ready for it. I’m still in summer mode and was not impressed when I had to put on a long sleeve shirt when I went for a walk. Don’t get me wrong, I love fall here in Colorado, I’m just not ready. Luckily this weekend will be pretty much perfect. Mid 80’s and sunny, this is the weather I live for! Last weekend we toured a whiskey distillery and it was awesome! This weekend I’m hoping to get downtown and do something different or eat somewhere new. There’s some new recipes in this week’s Healthy Weekly Meal Plan #57 that I can’t wait to try. That Smokey Bacon Sweet Potato Hash and Eggs sounds like breakfast tomorrow! Have a great weekend!
