Was it just me or did this feel like a really long week? I am so glad the weekend is here, even if we are supposed to get snow tomorrow. The mountains got a ton of snow this past week, so I’m sure all of Denver will be headed up there this weekend to ski. The mountains aren’t in our plans, but I’m hoping to go downtown and walk around some of the neighborhoods we haven’t been to. As always, here is Healthy Weekly Meal Plan #77 and it’s full of delicious recipes for you to try. Enjoy!
