These Apple Crisp Cheesecake Parfaits are the perfect dessert for fall and the upcoming holidays!I’m finally sharing an apple dessert with you today! For everyone who’s been waiting for it, these Apple Crisp Cheesecake Parfaits are well worth the wait.

Layers of creamy cinnamon cheesecake, apple pie filling and all topped off with crunchy granola and whipped cream. These Apple Crisp Cheesecake Parfaits are the perfect dessert for fall and the upcoming holidays! When it comes to fruit desserts, apple is hands down my favorite. I love berries, pears and peaches, but I always gravitate towards apple. If I see anything apple pie inspired on a menu my eyes automatically hone in on it and everything else becomes irrelevant.

I’m pretty sure it’s the combination of the apples, cinnamon and all those other warm spices that make me crave it. It’s my ultimate dessert comfort food and it’s even better if I can have it with vanilla ice cream!

These Apple Crisp Cheesecake Parfaits are the perfect dessert for fall and the upcoming holidays! On top of being a sucker for apple desserts, I’m also in love with parfaits. I love when I can have multiple desserts, but yet since it’s all together in one jar, it’s technically still only one dessert.

Along with that warm cinnamon apple pie filling, there are also layers of creamy cinnamon cheesecake in the mix. Then to top it all off, crunchy granola for the “crisp” part of the dessert. The whipped cream isn’t a requirement, but it sure doesn’t hurt!

To make these parfaits a little healthier, I subbed some of the cream cheese with plain Greek yogurt. Greek yogurt is a great way to lighten up cheesecake without it being noticeable. It also adds a nice amount of protein to the dessert so it isn’t just empty calories and will make you feel full sooner.

These Apple Crisp Cheesecake Parfaits are the perfect dessert for fall and the upcoming holidays!I like to layer my parfaits in mini 4-ounce glass jars, but you could do them in glasses or small bowls. Whatever you have on hand will work. These parfaits are great for a party and will be a wonderful addition to your upcoming holiday dessert menu. Today I’m sharing this recipe over on Spoonful of Flavor. Head on over to grab more details on exactly how to make them!
