The day has come everyone! I am so excited because today I am sharing my first pumpkin recipe of the season! Gosh I almost feel like I’m getting a late start on the pumpkin and should move on to gingerbread…just kidding! Since I wanted this first pumpkin recipe to be special I knew I better make a dessert and it should probably involve one of my favorite desserts, cheesecake. What do you get when you combine pumpkin and cheesecake in Danae’s world, that’s right, No Bake Mini Pumpkin Cheesecakes! Oh and they’re made in little jars so they are extra cute.
I’m sharing this drool worthy, delicious recipe over on my friend Ashley’s blog Spoonful of Flavor! I just love Ashley’s blog. She posts so many amazing recipes using fresh, seasonal ingredients, which I am a huge fan of. Like me, she also has a love of mini food, especially desserts (I’m in love with these little babies)! When Ashley asked me to do a guest post for her while she was in Napa enjoying the amazing wine, food, and foliage, I knew I had to jump on the chance. I figured since we both love dessert and mini food, these mini pumpkin cheesecakes would be perfect for sharing. Enough of this babbling on, go check out the No Bake Mini Pumpkin Cheesecakes over on Ashley’s beautiful blog Spoonful of Flavor!
I’ve pinned these to save for later! yum!
Awesome! I hope you love them as much as I do!
Hello…these look amazing! Love that they are no-bake. On my must-try list, for sure!
Thanks Denise! No bake desserts are the best! :-)
These look amazing, Danae! I love no-bake cheesecake desserts, especially when pumpkin is involved! :)
Thanks Marcie! You can’t go wrong with no bake and pumpkin!
I already checked these out over on Spoonful and they look AMAZING! Danae, have you tried the greek yogurt cream cheese? It’s so good. When I was reading your post over there, I wondered if you had tried it. Can’t wait to try these. Pinning them!
Thanks Bri! I’ve seen the Greek yogurt cream cheese, but haven’t tried it yet. I’ll definitely have to give it a shot!
I love Ashley’s blog! Heading over there to see the recipe now! These are super pretty and creative – I love them!
Thanks Chelsea! :-)
