Yes I am aware that it is November and this isn’t exactly the time of year to be posting recipes for smoothies. However, I decided that this smoothie is perfectly acceptable because it has pumpkin in it and literally tastes like drinking a piece of pumpkin pie!
The ingredients in this are simple and healthy so don’t feel guilty about drinking a smoothie with the word pie in it. The only decadence I added to it was a tablespoon of Biscoff, which I find to be one of the most delicious tasting spreads in the world! How could you not enjoy a spread made of cookies! If you don’t have Biscoff in your pantry (go get some!) peanut butter or almond butter can be used as a replacement. If you don’t use the Biscoff spread you may need to add a little honey to sweeten it.
To make this Biscoff Pumpkin Pie Smoothie I simply used skim milk, plain fat free Greek yogurt, pumpkin puree, frozen bananas, Biscoff, cinnamon, nutmeg, and a pinch of cloves. I added all of the ingredients, blended it until smooth, and poured it into a couple of glasses for my husband and I. I easily could have drank the whole thing by myself, but I was feeling like a nice wife today, so I shared. If you wanted to make this smoothie more like dessert a little whipped cream on top would be perfect! If you love pumpkin pie than this smoothie is a must try for you. The best part is you can drink this Biscoff Pumpkin Pie Smoothie without feeling any guilt!

Almond butter or peanut butter may be used in place of Biscoff spread, but you may need to add a little honey for sweetness.
