Cinnamon Honey Peach Overnight Oats

  • 1/2 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 2/3 cup unsweetened almond milk or milk of choice
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup gluten-free or regular rolled oats
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 peach, diced


  1. Whisk together the Greek yogurt, milk, honey and vanilla in a bowl.
  2. Add in the remaining ingredients and stir together until combined.
  3. Divide the mixture evenly into two jars and cover with lids.
  4. Refrigerate overnight and top with sliced almonds before eating if desired. Oats are good for several days.
