Thanks to The Feed for providing me with a Feed Box. Try out a Feed Box for yourself and see what you think! Use the code “RECIPE” and receive a 15% discount off your first box.

Today’s running post is a little different. Instead of me giving you tips today, I wanted to share with you my experience and review of this great little gem of a company called The Feed!

How many of you are snackers? I am the queen of snacking! Sometimes I feel like a cow in a pasture grazing constantly throughout the day. Snacking throughout the day isn’t a bad thing at all, in fact it actually helps keep you from gorging yourself when lunch or dinner time comes around. The problem is many of us are snacking on the wrong things and I for one can say that I’ve found myself in situations where I’m reaching for the most convenient thing to stick in my mouth, healthy or not. Of course after I eat that not so healthy snack I feel unsatisfied, still hungry, and most of all a little disgusted with myself. This is where The Feed comes in to play.

The Feed is a Colorado based company made up of athletes. Their motto is that nutrition isn’t one size fits all. We all have special needs, wants, and restrictions when it comes to fueling our workouts and The Feed understands this. Their online shop has an amazing selection of products that have all been tested and tried out by them personally. They stand behind the products and recommendations and only offer items that they would feel good about fueling their own workouts with.

When I was approached by The Feed and offered to have a box of items sent to me to try out, I immediately jumped at the chance. Being a runner and putting in 70+ miles per week means I get hungry A LOT! The idea of having a box of items sent to my door that will not only help fuel by body before, during, and after my run, but also keep my snacking in check was a dream come true! No more having to drive around get my favorite energy gel from one store, an energy bar from another, and protein powder somewhere else. Nope! The Feed is a one stop shop for all of it and you can do it all while sitting at home. Check out some of the goodies I loaded my box with!

The Feed {Review} | Fuel for Athletes!I was amazed at the vast selection of products they carry. Everything from energy gels and chews, an energy bar selection big enough to meet anyone’s dietary needs, recovery drinks, pre workout drinks, nuts and dried fruit, vegan, paleo, and gluten free products, and even a few treats like these Justin’s Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups! I was so excited when I saw they carried some of my favorite products and in the flavors I love. Nothing is more irritating that going to the store to get more bars or gels only to find that they are out of your favorite flavors, luckily that isn’t an issue when you order from The Feed!

If you’re like me and always need to have convenient and healthy snacks available to fuel your body before, during, or after a workout then you definitely need to check out this company. The convenience, selections, and customization of being able to put together your own box of snacks far out weighs driving all over town trying to find everything you want! I am currently part of their affiliate program and if you’d like to check out my Feed Box and see what kind of snacks I fuel with click here. They are also offering you guys 15% off your first box! Use the code “RECIPE” at the checkout to take advantage of that deal.

I am an affiliate for The Feed and was sent one of their Feed Boxes to try out and review. All opinions are my own.

I haven't heard of Feed before, but I might have to check it out. I love snacking and have subscribed to "Love with Food" and "Graze Boxes". I love the variety in this box.

I am such a snacker and I want to eat everything in that box! I pretty much eat Kind Bars and Justin's nut butters like they are going out of business. So good!

I am obsessed with Justin's nut butters! Just give me one of the little honey almond butter packets and I'm a happy girl!
