While we don’t have much planned for the weekend, we will be heading to Aspen on Monday for a couple days for fun and relaxation. I can’t wait to get out in that fresh mountain air and do some trail running, hiking and of course plenty of eating! This week’s Healthy Weekly Meal Plan #49 is full of tasty recipes and several that would be great for your barbecue on Monday. Have a great week!
