What are your plans for the weekend? Nothing much going on here, just trying to stay cool. It feels like we haven’t had rain here in so long and yet this is monsoon season. Hopefully we’ll have a good rain next week because things are really drying up. Aside from staying cool, I’m also looking forward to working in my vegetable garden. Everything is really taking off and it’s only a matter of time before I have tomatoes and zucchini galore! I noticed a couple recipes in this week’s Healthy Weekly Meal Plan #51 that will be great for my tomatoes. I hope you find some healthy and delicious meals to make this week, enjoy!
