Healthy Weekly Meal Plan #59Happy Saturday! I hope you guys have some fun plans this weekend. It’s looking like this could be our final weekend in the 80’s here in Denver, so I better take advantage of it. After my epic hike up Mt. Bierstadt on Monday I’ve been itching to do some more hiking all week. Probably nothing as intense, but anything to savor these last warm summer weekends. Below is Healthy Weekly Meal Plan #59 and it’s full of delicious recipes to get you through another week. Enjoy!
