Healthy Weekly Meal Plan #60I can’t believe we’re already three weeks into September and fall officially starts on Thursday. Do you have any big plans for the final week of summer? It’s going to be beautiful here, so spending the weekend outside is on the top of my list. Oktoberfest is today here in Highlands Ranch, so we might pop over and check it out and grab a beer. Next weekend we’re heading to the mountains to see all the beautiful fall leaves, I can’t wait! Below is Healthy Weekly Meal Plan #60. There are some great end of summer recipes to make before we head into fall. Enjoy!
