Happy Saturday! I’m so relieved to have a non-holiday weekend. No commitments, just some relaxing for me this weekend. It’s nice to get back to a routine. I never know what to do with myself or have the motivation to do much of anything during the week between Christmas and New Year’s. I’m also glad to be back on a normal cooking schedule, there was way too much takeout last week. This week’s Healthy Weekly Meal Plan #76 is going to keep me on track and hopefully you as well.
