Mini pumpkin chocolate chip cookie cups are filled with a delicious pumpkin cream cheese frosting! They are the perfect little treat to make this fall!
Happy first day of fall everyone! It may be the first day of fall, but it’s still 80 degrees here in the Denver area. I’m totally ok with that though! When the highs are in the 70’s and low 80’s and the lows are in the mid to low 50’s, I consider that darn near perfect weather.
As much as I love fall and the changing of the seasons, I’m not sure I’m ready for the cold frigid mornings that will be coming my way in the next couple months. If I wasn’t an early morning runner I wouldn’t really care, but making myself go out in the cold, dark, and sometimes snowy or icy weather is a hard thing to do. I’m determined this year to prepare myself with more warm clothes and maybe even some hand warmers because that’s the first thing to go numb from the cold.
Aside from not looking forward to less than ideal running conditions, I am looking forward to turning on my oven more often. I love the smell of comfort dinners and desserts and the way the oven warms up the house! These Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookie Cups with Pumpkin Cream Cheese Frosting are not only a delicious treat, but one that will make your kitchen warm and smell like fall! Today I’m sharing the recipe for these mini cookie cups over on my friend Ashley’s blog, Spoonful of Flavor. I can hardly believe it’s been a year since I started sharing monthly recipes on her blog, amazing how quickly time passes! Head on over there and grab the recipe for these fun, fall flavored, Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookie Cups with Pumpkin Cream Cheese Frosting!
