Happy Monday friends! I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday weekend! There was plenty of eating, drinking and celebrating at our house. I’m in dire need of a green smoothie and tons of salad and protein this week. One more celebratory weekend before it’s time to get back on track and clean up my eating.
It’s hard to believe this is the last week of 2016. I can’t complain about how the year went. While there was nothing monumental about it, there also wasn’t anything awful, which is always a good thing. My health was good almost all year, my blog is continuing to grow and my run streak is still going strong. Believe it or not I haven’t missed one day of running this whole year…knock on wood.
Before January begins and I start filling your inboxes with some much needed healthy and delicious recipes, I wanted to share my Top Ten Recipes of 2016. It appears that many of you are enjoying southwest flavored recipes, chicken and lower carb meals.
I’m curious if your favorite recipe(s) made the list and if they did which ones were they? If you’re new to Recipe Runner and not sure where to begin, these recipes would be a great starting point.
I’d also love some feedback from you for next year on what types of recipes you’d like to see. I’ve already got a list of recipes going and my brain is overflowing with ideas, but I’m always open to more suggestions. Without all of you Recipe Runner wouldn’t exist, so your input is very important to me.
