Apple Cider Sangria

Apple Cider Sangria is made with white wine, sweet apple cider, crisp apples, oranges, cinnamon and a little bourbon to top it all off.

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle dry white wine such as pinot grigio
  • 2 1/2 cups apple cider
  • 1/2 cup bourbon or whiskey
  • 2 apples sliced thin
  • 1 orange sliced
  • 3 cinnamon sticks
  • Ginger beer for topping off the cocktail

Instructions

  • Cut the apples and orange into thin slices and place them in a large pitcher. Pour the wine, apple cider and bourbon. Add in the cinnamon sticks and stir everything together. Refrigerate for several hours or overnight. Serve the sangria in glasses topped with ginger beer and garnished with an apple or orange slice.
