Ingredients
For the Salad
5ouncesbaby spinach leaves
5ouncesmixed greensor romaine lettuce
1/3cupdried cranberries
1/4cuptoasted chopped pecans
3/4cupfresh blueberries
1cupfresh strawberriessliced
1/2cupcrumbled feta cheese
For the Vinaigrette
2tablespoonsolive oil
2tablespoonshoney
1/4cupred wine vinegar
1/4teaspoongarlic powder
1/4teaspoonpaprika
1/8teaspooncayenne pepper
Salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
In a large bowl or on a serving platter combine all of the salad ingredients.
In a jar with a lid or glass measuring cup shake or whisk together all of the vinaigrette ingredients. Top the salad with the vinaigrette or serve it on the side.
Notes
This salad is best if it is made the same day it is served so that the pecans stay crunchy, and the berries don't bleed on the lettuce.
