Berry Fruit Salad
This Berry Fruit Salad made with strawberries, blueberries, blackberries and raspberries is tossed in a honey lime dressing with fresh mint.

Ingredients

blueberries

strawberries
hulled and diced
Zest and juice of a lime
1
tablespoon
honey or maple syrup
2
teaspoons
finely chopped mint
Instructions
Wash and dry the berries and add them to a large serving bowl.
Add in the lime zest, juice and chopped mint.
In a small microwave safe bowl, add the honey and heat until it's runny, about 5-10 seconds. Pour the honey over the berries.
Toss everything together until it's coated in the dressing. Add additional lime juice or honey as needed.
Notes
This salad is best eaten the day it is made.
