Instructions
In a regular or high speed blender, blend the oats and flax meal until flour like in consistency. Add in the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. Pour the smoothie into a bowl and top with your favorite toppings.
Notes
If you have a standard blender and the oats won't grind into a flour-like consistency, try using a coffee grinder instead.
