3/4cupgranulated sugar, use more or less depending on taste
1lime,juiced
2tablespoonsvodka
Instructions
Place all of ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Chill the mixture completely in the refrigerator. If the cantaloupe mixture has separated, whisk or blend again it until combined.
Pour the mixture into the prepared ice cream maker and freeze according to the manufacturers instructions. Scoop the sorbet into a freezer safe container and freeze for several hours before serving.
Notes
Be sure to place the ice cream maker bowl in the freezer the night before making the sorbet to ensure that it is frozen and works properly.
