- 1 package Fiesta Ranch salad kit
- 8 ounces boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup salsa verde
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- kosher salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste
In freezer bag or bowl with a lid, combine the chicken, salsa, cumin, salt and pepper. Massage the marinade into the chicken and refrigerate for at least an hour or overnight.
Grill, sauté or bake the chicken until the internal temperature reads 165° F. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing it.
