Frozen Espresso Martini

Frozen espresso ice cubes, vodka, vanilla, kahlua, and a little sweetener are blended together to make the most delicious and frosty coffee cocktail!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup brewed coffee or espresso cooled and frozen into ice cubes
  • 2 ounces vodka
  • 2 ounces coffee liqueur such as Kahlua
  • 1 ounce maple syrup or simple syrup, agave
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract or vanilla bean paste
  • Coffee beans for garnish

Instructions

  • Pour the cooled coffee or espresso into an ice cube and freeze until solid.
  • Add the frozen espresso ice cubes into a blender along with the remaining ingredients. Blend until smooth.
  • Pour into two chilled martini glasses or other cocktail glasses. Garnish with a few coffee beans and serve immediately.

Notes

Add a splash of cream, half and half, or Bailey's for a creamy version of this cocktail.
