Frozen Espresso Martini
Frozen espresso ice cubes, vodka, vanilla, kahlua, and a little sweetener are blended together to make the most delicious and frosty coffee cocktail!

Ingredients
1
cup
brewed coffee or espresso
cooled and frozen into ice cubes
2
ounces
vodka
2
ounces
coffee liqueur
such as Kahlua
1
ounce
maple syrup
or simple syrup, agave
1/2
teaspoon
vanilla extract
or vanilla bean paste
Coffee beans for garnish
Instructions
Pour the cooled coffee or espresso into an ice cube and freeze until solid.
Add the frozen espresso ice cubes into a blender along with the remaining ingredients. Blend until smooth.
Pour into two chilled martini glasses or other cocktail glasses. Garnish with a few coffee beans and serve immediately.
Notes
Add a splash of cream, half and half, or Bailey's for a creamy version of this cocktail.
