Homemade Avocado Ranch Dressing

This homemade avocado ranch dressing is thick, creamy, full of fresh herbs and better than anything you'll buy at the store!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 of an avocado, peeled and pit removed
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, roughly chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients to the bowl of a food processor with the blade attachment or a blender. Purée or blend until smooth scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed. Taste for seasoning and adjust as needed.

Notes

If the dressing is too thick for your liking, add 1 tablespoon of water as needed and continue to purée until your desired consistency is reached.
