Peach Green Chile Corn Salsa

Sweet peaches and spicy green chiles combine to make the perfect summer salsa!

Ingredients

  • 3 peaches, diced (peeled if you don't like the skin)
  • 1/2 cup diced green chiles
  • 1 cup grilled corn, frozen defrosted corn may be used instead
  • 1/3 cup diced red onion
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 of a lime, juiced
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and toss together until combined. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
