Add the onion, beans, corn, cilantro, chicken broth, and salsa verde to the slow cooker and stir them together.
Place the chicken breasts into the slow cooker and then sprinkle the salt and dried spices on top. Cover with the lid and cook for 3-4 hours on high or 6 hours on low.
Remove the chicken from the slow cooker and shred it with two forks. Put in back into the slow cooker along with the cubes of cream cheese. Stir together until the cream cheese melts completely.
Turn off the heat and stir in the Greek yogurt until it's fully incorporated. Taste for seasoning. Serve as is or with toppings such as crushed tortilla chips, shredded cheese, cilantro, a squeeze of fresh lime juice, or avocado.
Storage - Leftover chili will keep for 4 days in an airtight container in the refrigerator. I don't recommend freezing the chili unless you freeze it before adding the cream cheese and Greek yogurt.
Reheating - Reheat the chili in the microwave for 60-90 seconds or until warm or reheat it in a saucepan on the stove over medium-low heat.
