Tomato Basil Feta Pizza

- 1 pound pizza dough homemade or store bought
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup halved cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 cup sliced roasted red peppers
- 1/4 cup sliced kalamata olives
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
- Balsamic glaze for drizzling
Preheat oven to 475° F.
Stretch or roll the pizza dough onto a baking sheet or pizza stone.
Drizzle the olive oil over the top of the dough. Sprinkle the minced garlic, salt, and pepper over the oiled pizza dough.
Top the dough with the cherry tomatoes, roasted red peppers, olives, and feta.
Bake on the middle rack of the oven for about 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown. Remove the pizza from the oven and top with the basil and a drizzle of balsamic vinegar.
