Tomato Basil Feta Pizza

Salty feta, sweet tomatoes, and fresh basil are the stars on this light and flavorful pizza!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound pizza dough homemade or store bought
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup halved cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup sliced roasted red peppers
  • 1/4 cup sliced kalamata olives
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
  • Balsamic glaze for drizzling

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 475° F.
  • Stretch or roll the pizza dough onto a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  • Drizzle the olive oil over the top of the dough. Sprinkle the minced garlic, salt, and pepper over the oiled pizza dough.
  • Top the dough with the cherry tomatoes, roasted red peppers, olives, and feta.
  • Bake on the middle rack of the oven for about 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown. Remove the pizza from the oven and top with the basil and a drizzle of balsamic vinegar.
