1/2cupsliced green olives
1/4cupraisins
15ouncecan tomato sauce
2teaspoonsred wine vinegar
2tablespoonschopped cilantro

Instructions
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Swirl to coat the bottom and add in the onion, red bell pepper and garlic. Sauté for several minutes and then add in the ground turkey and season with salt and pepper.
Crumble the turkey with a wooden spoon and cook until no longer pink. Add in the spices, olives, raisins and tomato sauce and stir everything together until combined.
Bring to a simmer, then cover with a lid and lower the heat to medium-low. Simmer for 15-20 minutes. Taste for seasoning and serve over rice.
