- 1 pound lean ground turkey
- 1/2 cup diced yellow onion
- 1/2 cup shredded zucchini
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
- 3/4 cup salsa
- 1 package Knorr Vegetable Mix (1.4 ounces)
- 3 egg whites
- black pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350° F. Spray a 9x5 loaf pan with cooking spray.
In a large bowl combine all of the ingredients with your hands.
Pour the mixture into the loaf pan and gently press down until it is even. Bake for 60-65 minutes or until the juices run clear and cooked through, 165° F.
