Baked Brie and Fig Jam Bites

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces brie cheese, rind cut off and cut into approximately 1/2 inch chunks
  • 3 tablespoons fig jam, or jam of choice
  • 2 tablespoons toasted chopped pecans
  • 15 mini pre-baked phyllo shells

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Place the phyllo shells on a baking sheet.
  • Place the brie in the phyllo shells and bake for 5 minutes or until melted.
  • Remove from the oven and top with approximately 1/4 teaspoon of jam and a few chopped pecans.
  • Serve immediately.
