Bourbon Eggnog Latte

- 1/2 cup prepared espresso, or strong brewed coffee
- 1 1/2 cups dairy-free eggnog, or regular eggnog
- 2 ounces bourbon
- Dairy free whipped cream, cinnamon and nutmeg for topping the lattes (optional)
Prepare the espresso or coffee, mix in the bourbon and pour into 2 mugs.
In a small saucepan heat the eggnog until it's warm. Once it is warm use a whisk, immersion blender or frother to whisk the Nog until it becomes thick, foamy and hot.
Pour the eggnog evenly into the 2 mugs and top with the foam.
Top the lattes with dairy free whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon and nutmeg if desired.
