Buffalo Turkey Burgers with Blue Cheese Sauce

Buffalo wing sauce flavored turkey burgers are topped with a creamy delicious blue cheese sauce!

Ingredients

Buffalo Turkey Burgers

  • 1 pound lean ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning
  • 1 clove garlic grated or minced
  • 1 egg lightly beaten
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 4 buns
  • Lettuce tomato, red onion, extra blue cheese and buffalo sauce for toppings (optional)

Blue Cheese Sauce

  • 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1-2 teaspoon ranch seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese
  • 1-3 teaspoons buffalo sauce optional

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, combine all of the ingredients for the blue cheese sauce and whisk together until smooth.
  • In a large mixing bowl combine the buffalo sauce, egg, panko, ranch seasoning, and garlic. Whisk together.
  • Add in the ground turkey and gently combine everything with your hands. Form the turkey mixture into 4 patties.
  • Grill the burgers or cook them in a skillet on the stovetop until cooked through, about 8-10 minutes or 165° F.
  • Serve the burgers on buns topped with blue cheese, tomato, red onion, lettuce, more buffalo wing sauce, and the blue cheese sauce.
