Ingredients
1/2
cup
chopped carrots,
shredded if you don't have a high speed blender

frozen banana
1
cup
unsweetened almond milk,
or milk of choice
1/4
cup
plain Greek yogurt
1
tablespoon
pecans
1
tablespoon
rolled oats oats,
gluten-free if needed
1
tablespoon
maple syrup
1
tablespoon
unsweetened coconut,
shredded or flakes
1/2
teaspoon
vanilla extract
1/2
teaspoon
ground cinnamon
1/8
teaspoon
ground ginger
1/8
teaspoon
ground nutmeg
1/2
cup
ice
Raisins
coconut and cinnamon for toppings (optional)
Instructions
Combine all of the ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into two glasses and serve immediately.
Notes
If you don't have a high speed blender I recommend shredding the carrots so that you don't end up with a chunky smoothie.
