Chocolate milk, raspberries and Greek yogurt make this protein filled smoothie the perfect post workout recovery drink!

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup low-fat chocolate milk
  • 6 ounces plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Honey to taste
  • 1/2 cup of ice if you want a thicker smoothie optional

Instructions

  • Place all of the ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.
  • Makes two smoothies.
