Creamy Balsamic Dressing

- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt, low fat or full fat are best
- 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Add all of the ingredients to a mixing bowl and whisk together until smooth and creamy. Taste for seasoning and add additional salt and pepper as needed.
Store the dressing in a jar with a lid or other airtight container for 5-6 days. If any separation occurs, whisk or stir the dressing before serving.
