Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 3/4 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed meal
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Place all of the ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth. Pour the smoothie into one large or two smaller glasses.
