Homemade Caesar Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt, 2% or whole milk Greek yogurt are best
  • 2 tablespoons mayo
  • 3 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients to a bowl and whisk together until smooth and creamy. Taste for seasoning and adjust if needed. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
