Pumpkin Pie Yogurt and Granola Parfaits

Pumpkin pie flavored yogurt layered with crunchy granola is a delicious fall snack!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
  • Pinch of ground cloves
  • 1/2 cup granola
  • 2 tablespoons pepitas

Instructions

  • In a medium sized bowl add the yogurt, pumpkin puree and spices and whisk together until smooth.
  • Equally divide and layer the yogurt, granola and pepitas into two glasses or jars.
