- 1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
- Pinch of ground cloves
- 1/2 cup granola
- 2 tablespoons pepitas
In a medium sized bowl add the yogurt, pumpkin puree and spices and whisk together until smooth.
Equally divide and layer the yogurt, granola and pepitas into two glasses or jars.
