- 4 cups fresh strawberries, washed and hulled
- 1 1/2 cups champagne or prosecco
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
Transfer the mixture to an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturers instructions.
Eat immediately or transfer to a freezer-proof container to chill until firm.
