Strawberry Champagne Sorbet

The classic combination of strawberries and champagne is transformed into a sweet, frozen, summer treat!

Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh strawberries, washed and hulled
  • 1 1/2 cups champagne or prosecco
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Transfer the mixture to an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturers instructions.
  • Eat immediately or transfer to a freezer-proof container to chill until firm.
