The classic combination of strawberries and champagne is transformed into a sweet, frozen, summer treat! You’ll love this refreshing and slightly boozy Strawberry Champagne Sorbet!
Is the weather heating up where you live? We’re supposed to get our first 90 degree temperatures of the season on Friday and through the weekend. I know it’s only 90 and this Arizona raised girl shouldn’t complain, but that’s a little too hot for me now. Luckily, we are escaping to the mountains on Saturday for the weekend and the weather should be much nicer up there. Friday I plan to finish up the last of this Strawberry Champagne Sorbet that’s in the freezer because it’s super refreshing and what better way to get in weekend getaway mode than with boozy sorbet!

We’ll be staying at The Ritz-Carlton Bachelor’s Gulch. After hearing great things about it from family we couldn’t resist checking it out for ourselves. It’s a bit of a splurge, but since we don’t have to buy plane tickets and it’s been so long since we’ve gone anywhere, we decided it was totally worth it. Be sure to follow me on Instagram stories over the weekend to see all the mountain views, trails and so much more!
