Blueberry Layer
- 4 ounces plain Greek yogurt
- 3 tablespoons low fat milk, start with 3 and if it's too thick to blend add another tablespoon.
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Strawberry Raspberry Layer
- 4 ounces plain Greek yogurt
- 3 tablespoons low fat milk, start with 3 and if it's too thick to blend add another tablespoon.
- 3/4 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Blend together all of the ingredients for the blueberry layer until smooth.
Pour evenly into two glasses.
Rinse out the blender then blend together all of the ingredients for the strawberry raspberry layer until smooth.
Pour the strawberry raspberry layer evenly over the blueberry layer.
Serve immediately.
