Whipped Feta Dip

- 4 ounces feta cheese
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt, low fat or whole milk
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon dried dill
- kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Add all of the ingredients to the bowl of a food processor. Puree until smooth, scraping down the sides of the bowl 1-2 times to ensure everything is combined. Taste for seasoning and adjust if needed.
Top with additional crumbled feta and fresh dill if desired. Serve cold with veggies, crackers, pita, shrimp, or chicken.
