Open-Faced Egg, Avocado and Hash Brown Breakfast Sandwiches | Start your morning with a balanced breakfast full of protein, healthy fats and carbs! It’s time for some more breakfast love you guys, you know my favorite meal of the day! Savory breakfasts are where it’s at for me during the week, I prefer to indulge in the sweet stuff on the weekends. In case you’re new to the blog or maybe you missed the 100 posts where I’m sure I’ve already said this, every morning for me starts with running. If I don’t get my run in first thing in the morning, look out! I’m about as routine as my cats when it comes to my morning ritual. Running in the morning wakes me up and gives me energy no matter how tired I am when my alarm goes off. I love watching the sun rise, being out when the streets and trails are quiet and running into the occasional wild animal on the hunt for breakfast…preferably not me.
