Running in the morning wakes me up and gives me energy no matter how tired I am when my alarm goes off. I love watching the sun rise, being out when the streets and trails are quiet and running into the occasional wild animal on the hunt for breakfast…preferably not me.

Iโ€™m so impressed you can bring yourself to get up every morning for that run! I usually have to drag myself to the gym in the morning and by time I get there Iโ€™m good but that first half hour is hard. This breakfast looks amazing and I canโ€™t wait to try it. Avocado is good on everything and I donโ€™t know why I havenโ€™t figured out how to use it in my breakfast yet. Thanks :D
