Creamy pineapple and coconut sorbet with a hint of rum is the perfect end of summer treat!

Piña Colada Sorbet | Pineapple, coconut, and a hint of rum make this sorbet the perfect end of summer treat! Oh Monday, we meet again. You come around way too often and seem to always feel like the longest day of the week. You know what we need to make this Monday better? A bowl of Piña Colada Sorbet!

Piña Colada Sorbet | Pineapple, coconut, and a hint of rum make this sorbet the perfect end of summer treat!I hope you aren’t expecting me to post pumpkin recipes already, because sorry it’s not happening until September. As far as I’m concerned, mother nature is concerned, and my calendar is concerned it is still SUMMER! It makes me a little sad and annoyed to see the Halloween decorations out at Michaels and even worse I just saw the candy out at Costco on Friday. Seriously…who’s going to want a piece of halloween candy that’s 2 months old! But, apparently that’s what consumers want, although I am not one of them.

Piña Colada Sorbet | Pineapple, coconut, and a hint of rum make this sorbet the perfect end of summer treat! In my efforts to fight back against fall taking over everything too early, I’m sharing a fantastic recipe for Piña Colada Sorbet over on my friend Ashley’s blog Spoonful of Flavor! This sorbet is the perfect dessert to make if you are like me and still savoring every moment of summer that is left. The sorbet is light, refreshing, easy to make, and tastes just like a frozen piña colada. Head on over to Spoonful of Flavor and make yourself some of this delicious sorbet before another fabulous summer slips away!
