This Taco Pizza is the perfect mash-up for nights when you can’t decide between tacos or pizza!
It’s been cold, cloudy and rainy the past two days and I’m over it. Luckily it’s supposed clear out today and start warming up, I think we are even going to have a warm sunny weekend! We haven’t had a nice weekend in so long and it really puts a damper on doing things outside. Assuming nothing changes I think a hike or bike ride are finally in order.
One thing I didn’t mind doing while it was cold and dreary was turning on the oven and making this Taco Pizza. Taco Pizza is meant for those of us who can’t decide between having tacos or pizza for dinner. I feel like I’m always this person on the weekends. Saturdays are when I do my longest run of the week and doing the extra miles makes me extra hungry. Sometimes if I wait too long to eat I can’t decide what I want for dinner and it drives my husband crazy. We’ll sit there for half an hour trying to make a decision about which restaurant to go to or what to make. Then I make things worse and start changing my mind after we’ve made the decision because something else sounds better. Weekend dinner decisions you guys, the struggle is real.
The solution obviously is to go eat at four different restaurants or a less expensive option is to make a mash-up dinner like this Taco Pizza. This pizza is perfect because I can eat two of my favorite foods and don’t have to choose between them. It’s meals like these that will bring peace to a marriage. Today I’m doing my monthly guest post over on Spoonful of Flavor so head over there now and grab the recipe so you never have to choose between tacos or pizza again!
Love this! The best of both worlds!
